变革课堂不是一触而就的,需要教师团队间的实践与研磨,更需要教师一种从内心出发的、为了学生高品质思维养成的努力探索。这中间有反复、有议论、可能还会有迷茫,但是基于课程标准、学生数学能力发展的课堂实践都是有意义的。变革课堂的方式有很多种,我们学校依据学生的知识特点和认知特点,惊醒有效的改进与整合,推行预习优化的目的就在于让教师再熟悉教材、把握重点和难点的基础上有意识地预设,让学生学得扎实、记得深刻、用得自如。
