目的探讨肌肽对体外高糖环境下大鼠肾小球系膜细胞MCs生长的影响。方法体外培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(mesangial cells,MCs),分为正常对照组(NG)、高糖组(HG)、高渗甘露醇组(HM)、正常糖加20 mmol/L肌肽组(NG+C20)和高糖加20 mmol/L肌肽组(HG+C20)5组。采用MTT法测定肾小球系膜细胞24 h、48 h的增殖情况。结果在24 h、48 h时间段,在与正常对照组相比高糖组出现明显的增殖现象(P<0.01或P<0.05);高糖加20 mmol/L肌肽组与高糖组相比,具有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论肌肽通过抑制高糖条件下肾小球系膜细胞的增殖来对糖尿病肾病起到保护作用,为糖尿病肾病的防治提供新途径。
Objective To investigate the effect of carnosine on the growth of rat mesangial cells MCs in vitro under high glucose conditions. Methods Mesangial cells (MCs) were cultured in vitro and divided into normal control group (NG), high glucose group (HG), hypertonic mannitol group (HM), normal glucose plus 20 mmol / L The carnosine group (NG + C20) and high glucose plus 20 mmol / L carnosine group (HG + C20) 5 groups. Conclusion Carnosine can protect diabetic nephropathy by inhibiting the proliferation of mesangial cells under high glucose condition and provide a new way for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
