以武钢5号高炉为依托,采用三维图形显示及模式识别技术,研究了大量使用铜冷却壁的高炉炉型变化的特征,通过模式识别可以将炉型划分为25种4大类。同时,研究了炉型变化与高炉利用系数之间的对应关系,获得了炉型变化的初步规律,以武钢5号高炉2010年1月炉况的波动为例,说明了炉型管理系统的使用情况。该系统可以有效监控炉型变化,对炉况的恢复提供了宝贵的信息。
Based on the WISCO blast furnace No.5, three-dimensional graphic display and pattern recognition technology were used to study the characteristics of blast furnace furnaces with a large number of copper staves.
