目的了解基层医院电脑鼠标卫生状况,为感染控制提供依据。方法随机抽取我院60台电脑鼠标表面进行采样,按消毒前后进行细菌学分析。结果我院60台电脑鼠标细菌污染率为79.8%,检出凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、芽胞杆菌、微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、真菌等条件致病菌和致病菌,最高细菌菌落数为203cfu/cm2。结论基层医院电脑鼠标卫生状况较差,污染严重,应加强清洁消毒,从而降低院内交叉感染的发生。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of computer mouse in primary hospitals and provide basis for infection control. Methods A total of 60 computers in our hospital were sampled randomly and analyzed before and after disinfection. Results The bacterial contamination rate of 60 computers in our hospital was 79.8%. The coagulase-negative staphylococci, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus, Micrococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and fungi were detected Pathogenic bacteria and pathogens, the maximum number of bacterial colonies 203cfu / cm2. Conclusions The hygienic condition of computer mouse in grass-roots hospitals is poor and the pollution is serious. Cleaning and disinfection should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of cross-infection in the hospital.
