烟台钢铁企业集团公司(原名烟台钢厂)是一家以炼钢、轧钢生产为主,现有职工1800人的地方钢铁企业。近两年来,我们紧紧抓住机遇,深化企业内部改革,在1991年率先进行三项制度配套改革的基础上,继续进行企业组织结构、住房、医疗制度等深层次改革,企业机制得到转换,生产效率和经济效益逐年较大幅度增长,1992年利税总额跃为烟台市第一,1993年钢产量增长33.16%,实现利税增长23.12%,达到了4621万元,人均利润1.76万元,列山东省冶金系统第一名。
