根据21世纪宏观研究院获得的数据,今年5月规上工业增速为负的省(市、自治区)包括山西、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、北京。除北京由于非首都核心功能的疏解而导致工业下降以外,其他地区出现这一情况的根本原因仍为产业结构调整没有完成。从累计数据来看,去年全年河北、山西、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江的规上工业增速分别为5.1%、3%、4.8%、6.6%、2.9%,今年前5个月上述地区规上工业增速分别为4.5%、-3.3%、-6.1%、3.1%、-0.3%。
According to data from the 21st Century Macro Research Institute, provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) that have negative industrial growth in May this year include Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Beijing. In addition to the industrial decline caused by the ease of Beijing’s non-capitalist core functions, the fundamental reason for this situation in other regions is that the industrial restructuring has not yet been completed. From the accumulated data, the industrial growth rates of Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang in the last year were 5.1%, 3%, 4.8%, 6.6% and 2.9% respectively. In the first five months of this year, Industrial growth was 4.5%, -3.3%, -6.1%, 3.1%, -0.3% respectively.
