监控量测已经成为隧道施工中的一个重要因素,通过监控量测可及时收集施工过程中隧道的围岩变形数据,对收集到的数据进行分析整理,可以对隧道可能存在的安全隐患进行预警。本文以桃园1号隧道在施工过程中遇到的初期支护变形持续增大的情况为例,结合变形过程中量测的拱顶下沉、周边收敛及钢支撑内力变化的数据,分析了围岩变形,及时预警了险情。在预警后,施工方采用临时仰拱进行加固,最终使围岩变形稳定下来。之后又对监测数据进行深入分析,利用数值模拟方法预测了围岩变形趋势,从而进一步证明监控量测对于隧道施工的重要作用。
Monitoring and measurement have become an important factor in the construction of tunnels. Surveying and measuring can timely collect deformation data of surrounding rock of the tunnel during construction, and analyze the collected data to preliminarily warn the potential safety hazard in the tunnel. In this paper, the initial support deformation encountered during the construction of Taoyuan No. 1 tunnel continued to increase as an example. Based on the data of dome dwelling, surrounding convergence and steel support internal force measured during the deformation process, Rock deformation, timely warning of danger. After the early warning, the construction side using temporary inverted arch reinforcement, the final deformation of the surrounding rock stabilized. After that, the monitoring data are further analyzed, and the deformation trend of the surrounding rock is predicted by the numerical simulation method, which further proves the important role of monitoring and measuring in tunnel construction.
