为造就高素质高层次外语教育人才,中国外语教育研究中心对外国语言学及应用语言学硕士研究生培养模式的改革进行了探索。改革的具体措施包括:建设研究—教学型导师队伍,建立团队合作机制;坚持定期例会交流制度,制订导师指导规范,定期实施考核;优化课程设置,更新教学内容,改进教学方法和评估体系。四年多的实践表明,我们采取的措施对全面提升高层次外语教育人才的培养质量产生了明显成效。
In order to create high-quality high-level foreign language education personnel, China Foreign Language Education Research Center explores the reform of training mode for foreign language learners and applied linguistics master’s degree students. Specific measures for reform include: building a research-teaching mentor team and establishing a mechanism for team-based cooperation; insisting on regular exchange of regular sessions, formulating guidelines for tutors and conducting regular assessments; optimizing curriculum, updating teaching contents, and improving teaching methods and assessment systems. More than four years of practice have shown that the measures we have taken have had a significant effect on the overall quality improvement of high-level foreign language education personnel.
