一部介绍中国各地美食的纪录片《舌尖上的中国》受到极大的关注.其中有一段话.诉说着离家在外的中华游子心中对故乡的牵挂:“无论脚步走多远,在人的脑海中,只有故乡的味道,熟悉而顽固,他就像一个味觉GPS定位系统.一头锁定了千里之外的异地.另一头则永远牵绊着记忆深处的故乡。”这段话道尽了所有的异乡游子内心深处对故乡的思念与牵挂。饮食作为一个载体连结了家庭以及人与人之间的情感。这也如同在中国大陆各地一家家的餐厅——餐厅空间成为了载体,连结了异乡游子与他们故乡。北京第一家李先生牛肉面于1987年在东单大街上开业。李先生出生在四川重庆铜梁县,解放前夕随父迁至台湾.后赴美求学,加入美国国籍。
