本文介绍具有内插计算能力、自动测量程序、改进的触发脉冲电平控制和内插器、以及用任何数字电压表就能组合成一种有效的多功能测量系统。三十年前,Hewlett—Packard公司研制的第一部524A型频率计数器是一部能够自动显出被测频率的新型测量仪器。从此以后,计数器就成为广泛应用的主要工具。近年来,对计数器的应用已日益要求具有更多的自动测量性能,并且操作要方便。例如,在很多数字电路中,诸如脉冲宽度、占空因数、相位等参数的测量都是很重要的。用一个传统的计数器可以测量这些参数,但通常需要多部测试装置,还要配合人工计算。有鉴于此,HP公司设计了新型的5335A通用计数器。现在,只要一按电键,上述这些参数和其它许多参数都可以自动测量出来。从而,用一台仪器就可以显示出频率、周期、时间、电压、速度、比率、相位、间距、上升时间、转速、漂移及占空因数。
This article describes the ability to interpolate, automate measurement procedures, improve trigger level control and interpolators, and combine any digital voltmeter into an effective multifunction measurement system. Thirty years ago, the first Type 524A frequency counter developed by Hewlett-Packard was a new type of measuring instrument that automatically displayed the measured frequencies. Since then, the counter has become the main tool for a wide range of applications. In recent years, the counter application has increasingly required to have more automatic measurement performance, and easy to operate. For example, in many digital circuits, measurements such as pulse width, duty cycle, phase, etc., are important. These parameters can be measured with a conventional counter, but often require multiple test sets, combined with manual calculations. In view of this, HP company designed a new type of 5335A universal counter. Now, as long as the button is pressed, these and many other parameters can be automatically measured. Thus, the frequency, period, time, voltage, speed, ratio, phase, pitch, rise time, speed, drift and duty cycle can be displayed with one instrument.
