1 医疗质量管理的考评标准传统的医疗指标统计方法不能较好地反映出临床科室工作数量、质量及社会效益,医院的核心是为伤病员服务,我院的质量考评是以住院和门诊病人对医院服务满意度,本着社会效益和经济效益为中心及按劳分配,酬劳相适的原则进行计奖、公平分配,特制定考评方案,其内容包括:量化指标和质量指标及定性质指标相结合,考评结果与院各科室工作人员工资奖金直接挂钩,院部对奖金实行分级管理,宏观调
1 Evaluation Criteria for Medical Quality Management The traditional statistical methods for medical indicators cannot reflect the number, quality, and social benefits of clinical departments. The core of the hospital is to serve the wounded and sick. The quality assessment in our hospital is based on inpatients and outpatients. Satisfaction with hospital services, with social benefits and economic benefits as the center, and according to the principle of appropriate distribution and rewards, awards and fair assignments are made, and special evaluation plans are formulated. The contents include: quantitative indicators, quality indicators, and qualitative indicators. In combination, the assessment results are directly linked to the salaries and bonuses of staff in various departments of the hospital.
