提高籽粒产量仍是玉米品种改良的第一位目标。针对不同的栽培制度应有不同的选育目标设计。不同的品种类型应有不同的性状指标相配合。生产条件和栽培水平的多样性 ,决定了育种目标的多样性。高产是共性 ,适应是个性。将品种贡献率由当前的 32 %提高到 5 0 %是应当实现的。在讨论、比较中、美玉米育种的主要差距之后 ,提出要提高选育效率 ,除扩大规模、改进技术外 ,致力于传统育种技术和生物技术相结合是根本出路。在对传统育种的核心技术作出评价的基础之上 ,对现代育种技术的基本框架 :定向等位基因选择(DAS)和标记辅助选择 (MAS)技术作出简要介绍
Increasing grain yield is still the first goal of corn variety improvement. Different cultivation system should have different breeding target design. Different types of varieties should have different traits to match. The diversity of production conditions and cultivation levels determines the diversity of breeding objectives. High yield is common, adaptation is individuality. It is time to increase the contribution rate of varieties from the current 32% to 50%. After discussing and comparing the major differences between China and the United States in maize breeding, it is proposed to improve the breeding efficiency. In addition to expanding the scale and improving the technology, it is a fundamental way to combine traditional breeding with biotechnology. Based on the evaluation of the core technologies of traditional breeding, this paper introduces the basic framework of modern breeding technology: directional allele selection (DAS) and marker-assisted selection (MAS) technology
