目的系统评价我国应用的糖尿病特异性生存质量量表,分析其在糖尿病患者生存质量测定中的可行性、信度、效度和反映度,以期综合评价出适合我国糖尿病患者生存质量测量的特异性量表,为糖尿病治疗方案的选择提供效果评价工具。方法检索CNKI、万方和维普数据库,筛选出对糖尿病特异性生存质量量表进行信度、效度评价的研究。结论纳入14篇研究文献,对信度、效度主要指标进行等级评价后,认为DSQL和A-DQOL量表值得在我国进一步推广应用。
Objective To systematically evaluate the diabetes-specific quality-of-life scale used in China and analyze its feasibility, reliability, validity and degree of reflection in the measurement of quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus, in order to comprehensively evaluate the specificity of measurement of quality of life for diabetics in China Scale, for the treatment of diabetes options to provide the effect of evaluation tools. Methods CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were searched and the reliability and validity of diabetes-specific quality of life questionnaire were screened out. Conclusions With 14 research papers included, we evaluated the DSQL and A-DQOL scales in our country for rating the main indicators of reliability and validity.
