王家大院地处山西省灵石县静升村,它的建筑格局独具特色,是融合四合院的院落形式和窑洞式的建筑样式于一体的清代北方民居院落建筑群。它的建筑雕刻分布广泛、样式纷繁,是民居建筑装饰中的精品之作。其中王家大院高家崖院落是王氏十七世孙王汝聪、王汝诚兄弟修建的住宅群,建于嘉庆元年至十六年(公元1796-1811年),有院落二十六座、房屋二百八十一间。其建筑装饰砖石雕的植物纹样类型丰富,具有一定的研究价值。
Located in Jingsheng Village, Lingshi County, Shanxi Province, Wang’s Courtyard is unique in its architecture. It is a compound of residential buildings in the north of the Qing Dynasty which integrates courtyards and cave-in architectural styles. Its architectural sculpture is widely distributed, style numerous, is the residential building decoration boutique. Among them, Wang Jia Courtyard Gaojiaya Courtyard is a residential complex built by Wang Rucong and Wang Rucheng, brothers of Wang Shiqi, built in Jiaqing from the first year to the sixth year (AD 1796-1811), with 26 courtyards and 280 houses Eleven. Its building decoration brick stone pattern rich plant species, with some research value.
