本文作为膏剂法快速渗硼工艺的研究成果,在提高渗硼速度、降低渗剂成本和寻求一种具有优良密封性能的保护涂层等方面进行了实验研究。结果表明:有效地改进渗剂中的活化剂能大大地提高渗硼速度;在将渗剂中 B_3C 量降到10~20%的情况下能得到满意的渗硼效果,从而大大降低渗剂成本;在900~930℃处理30分钟就能获得具有实用厚度的渗层。工厂实际使用结果表明:用该法对容易产生变形的轴类零件进行渗硼强化,可提高寿命2~5倍。文中还对增强渗剂活性,提高渗速及获得良好保护层的途径进行了分析讨论。
In this paper, as a result of the research on the rapid boronization process of the paste method, experimental research is carried out on improving the boronizing speed, reducing the cost of the penetration agent and seeking a protective coating with excellent sealing performance. The results show that: the effective improvement of the activator in the penetration agent can greatly increase the boronizing rate; the boronizing effect can be satisfactorily achieved when the amount of B_3C in the penetration agent is reduced to 10 to 20%, thereby greatly reducing the cost of the penetration agent ; At 900 ~ 930 ℃ for 30 minutes to obtain a practical thickness of the layer. The actual use of the factory results show that: the method of easy deformation of shaft parts boronizing enhanced, can increase life expectancy of 2 to 5 times. The paper also analyzes and discusses the ways to enhance the activity of penetration agent, increase the rate of penetration and obtain a good protective layer.
