形势的发展对档案利用工作的要求愈来愈高。如何强化检索手段,已引起愈来愈多的档案理论和实际工作者的重视。建立完善地县档案馆手工检索体系,是当前值得研究的一个重要课题。事物总是在变化发展的,检索工具由单一向多样化发展,是必然趋势。检索工具的基本职能有二:一是把档案的某些特征著录下来组成各种线索的体系贮存起来;二是通过它把档案文件检索出来。贮存和检索是不可分割的统一体,贮存是检索的基础,检索是贮存的目的。
The development of the situation requires more and more files and utilization work. How to strengthen the means of retrieval has caused more and more attention to archives theory and practical workers. Establishing and perfecting the manual retrieval system of county archives is an important subject worth studying at present. Things are always changing, and the search tools are going from a single direction to a diversified one. This is an inevitable trend. The basic functions of the search tool are twofold: First, some features of the file are recorded to form a system of various clues stored; the second is through it to retrieve the file archive. Storage and retrieval are indivisible unity, storage is the basis of retrieval, retrieval is the purpose of storage.
