摘要目的评估第二版前列腺影像报告和数据系统(PI-RADSv2)对经活检证实Gleason评分(GS)为7分(3+4)的前列腺癌病人进行根治术后病理降级情况的预测能力。
Abstract Objective To evaluate the ability of the second edition of Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADSv2) to predict the pathologic grade of post-radical prostatectomy in prostate cancer patients with a Gleason score of 7 (3 + 4) biopsied.
