随着社会经济的发展,世界各国,特别是经济发达国家对职业分类工作十分重视。国际劳动组织早在1949年就研究制定出供各国参考比照的职业分类系统。1958年出版了《国际标准职业分类》,并于1968年、1988年两次进行了修订。目前,美国、加拿大、英国、德国、澳大利亚等都制定了符合本国国情的职业分类词典,广泛应用于统计、就业、培训、经济等领域。我国在长期的劳动人事管理实践中,初步形成了职业分类的雏形,1986年国家统计局和原国家标准局曾颁布了一个“职业分类和代码”,作为统计工作的依
With the development of social economy, countries in the world, especially the economically developed countries, attach great importance to the work of occupational classification. As early as 1949, the International Labor Organization researched and developed an occupational classification system for reference by countries. The International Standard Occupational Classification was published in 1958 and revised twice in 1968 and 1988. At present, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia have all developed occupational classification dictionaries that meet their national conditions and are widely used in statistics, employment, training, and economic fields. In the long-term practice of labor and personnel management, China has initially formed the prototype of occupational classification. In 1986, the National Bureau of Statistics and the former State Bureau of Standards issued an “Occupation Classification and Code” as a statistical work.
