目的对拉西地平分散片溶出度检测方法进行研究。方法采用桨法,以30%乙醇500mL为溶出介质,转速为100r·min-1,紫外分光光度法测定,检测波长283nm。结果拉西地平分散片在2.04~10.20μg·mL-1内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0437C+0.0029,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.93%。结论紫外分光光度法测定拉西地平分散片溶出度,操作简便,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To study the method of dissolution testing of lacidipine dispersible tablets. Methods Paddle method was used, with 500mL of 30% ethanol as the dissolution medium, the rotation speed was 100r · min-1, UV spectrophotometry, detection wavelength of 283nm. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between laxitipine dispersible tablets and 2.04 ~ 10.20μg · mL-1. The regression equation was A = 0.0437C + 0.0029, r = 0.9998; the average recovery was 99.93%. Conclusion UV spectrophotometric determination of lacidipine dispersion tablets dissolution, easy to operate, the results are accurate.
