通过6个母材拉伸试验、6个对接焊缝拉伸试验、3个端面角焊缝连接试验和3个侧面角焊缝连接试验,对Q690高强钢焊缝连接承载性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:Q690高强钢对接焊缝的应力-应变曲线没有较为明显的屈服平台,其抗拉强度大于母材,能够满足与母材等强的设计要求;但是对接焊缝的延性比母材差,断后延伸率更小。Q690高强钢角焊缝的强度也接近甚至超过母材的抗拉强度;其中端面角焊缝的强度较高、延性较差;而侧面角焊缝的强度较低、塑性较好;侧面角焊缝的应力分布沿纵向为两端大、中间小。
The connection performance of Q690 high strength steel weld was studied through six base metal tensile tests, six butt weld tensile tests, three face fillet weld joint tests and three side fillet weld joint tests. The test results show that the stress-strain curve of Q690 high-strength butt-welded steel does not have obvious yielding platform and its tensile strength is greater than that of base metal, which can meet the design requirements of strong base metal. However, the ductility of butt- Poor, less elongation after breaking. Q690 high-strength steel fillet weld strength is close to or even exceeded the tensile strength of the base metal; wherein the face fillet weld strength is higher, ductility is poor; and the side fillet weld strength is low, good plasticity; The stress distribution in the longitudinal direction is large at both ends and small in the middle.
