采用几种不同的超分散剂对氢氧化镁进行表面改性,通过黏度、比表面积、吸油值、沉降速度等表面物化性能评价并比较氢氧化镁的改性效果。同时,将改性后的氢氧化镁添加到聚烯烃中,考察超分散剂对复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜表征超分散剂在氢氧化镁的表面存在及其复合材料的界面形貌。
Several different hyperdispersants were used to modify the surface of magnesium hydroxide, and the modification effects of magnesium hydroxide were evaluated and compared through the surface physicochemical properties such as viscosity, specific surface area, oil absorption and settling velocity. At the same time, the modified magnesium hydroxide was added into the polyolefin to investigate the effect of hyperdispersant on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the composites. The infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the existence of hyperdispersant on the surface of magnesium hydroxide And its composite interface morphology.
