患者女,40岁,因右乳渐大无痛性肿块2月余收入院、查体:T36.2℃,P60次/分,R18次/分,BP130/90mmHg。双乳对称,右乳较左乳大,无乳头溢液,右乳皮肤暗红色,无桔皮征。于右乳外上象限扪及约5cm×6cm大小肿块,质硬,表面欠光滑,边界尚清,活动度差。左乳(一)。腋窝未扪及肿大淋巴结。
