机载无线电设备之间的兼容性试验是飞机研制完成之后进行的一项重要整机性能试验项目,当前主要通过外场飞行来完成。提出了一种新的试验方法,即采用内场辐射式试验方案来完成无线电设备装机之后的兼容性试验。首先以典型机载无线电设备为基础,分析整机内场兼容性试验需要完成的试验项目,进而阐述内场辐射式试验系统的总体方案。该方法具有以下特点:易于构建复杂电磁环境;可完成机载无线电设备之间的兼容性试验;可完成整机在复杂电磁环境下的工作性能评估试验。这些工作在促进航空工业的发展、提升国产新型飞机的技术水平及市场竞争力等方面具有重大工程应用价值。
The compatibility test between airborne radio equipment is an important performance test project of the complete aircraft after the completion of the aircraft development. Currently, it is mainly accomplished through out-flight. A new test method is proposed, which is to use the infield test scheme to complete the compatibility test after the radio equipment is installed. First of all, based on the typical airborne radio equipment, this paper analyzes the test items to be completed in the field of compatibility test of the whole machine, and then elaborates the overall scheme of the internal radiation test system. The method has the following features: easy to build complex electromagnetic environment; to complete the compatibility test of airborne radio equipment; to complete the machine in complex electromagnetic environment performance evaluation test. These works have great project application value in promoting the development of aviation industry, upgrading the technological level of domestic new aircraft and market competitiveness.
