中国民间传统音乐系统化发展进程需要民间音乐理论研究的完善和政府相关“非遗”政策的落实,需要专业音乐公益性研究机构的参与。当政府“非遗”政策借助相关专业研究机构与学校教育,形成中国民间音乐“非遗”传承生态良性发展时,中国民间传统音乐文化系统化发展的进程就会发生质的飞跃。四川省艺术研究院2012年开始,对巴蜀民间音乐的活化石“川江号子”进校园进行了为期三年多的系统化文化实践。在成都电子科大和四川大学及其成都市重点中学的研究表明,随着全球多元文化和信息化时代的到来,国家不通过中国自己专业的音乐公益性研究机构,在学校教育和社会强制开展“非遗”民间音乐系统化传承,中国“非遗”民间音乐文化记忆可能面临传承风险。
The systematic development of Chinese folk traditional music needs the improvement of theoretical research on folk music and the implementation of the government-related non-legacy policy, which requires the participation of professional music nonprofit institutions. When the government “non-legacy ” policy with the relevant professional research institutions and school education, the formation of Chinese folk music “non-legacy ” to inherit the healthy development of ecology, the systematic development of Chinese folk traditional music culture will leap of quality leap . Sichuan Academy of Arts began in 2012, conducted a systematic cultural practice of more than three years on the fossil “Chuanjiang son” of folk music of Bashu into the campus. Studies at Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology and Sichuan University and its key middle schools in Chengdu show that with the arrival of the era of global multiculturalism and informationization, the state does not pass China’s own professional music public welfare research institutes, “Non-heritage ” systematic heritage of folk music, China “non-heritage ” folk music and cultural memory may face inheritance risk.
