目的：观察中药制剂升白和胃饮在环磷酰胺（ Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ）治疗系统性红斑狼疮（ Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ）时对机体保护作用。方法：升白和胃饮和 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ 治疗 Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ ３０ 例（治疗组），单用 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ 治疗 Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ２８ 例（对照组），观察全部病例的疗效、治疗前后的肝功能变化、外周血象变化及用药时的胃肠道反应。结果：升白和胃饮加 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ 治疗组疗效优于单用 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ 对照组（ Ｐ＜ ００５），且治疗组肝功能下降不明显，外周血象下降较轻，与对照组比较差异均有显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ００５），且胃肠反应显著低于对照组。结论： Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ 治疗 Ｓ Ｌ Ｅ 时加用升白和胃饮，能很好地拮抗 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ 的副作用，并显著地提高了疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine Libai and Heweiyin on cyclophosphamide (C T X) in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (S L E). METHODS: Shengbai Heweiyin and C T X were treated with S L E in 30 patients (treatment group) and C T X alone in 28 patients with S L E (control group). The curative effect, changes in liver function before and after treatment were observed. Peripheral blood changes and gastrointestinal reactions during medication. Results: The efficacy of Shengbaiheweiyin plus C T X treatment group was better than that of C T X control group alone (P < 0. 05), and the liver function of the treatment group was not significantly decreased, and the peripheral blood drop was lighter than that of the control group. The difference was significant (P < 0 05), and the gastrointestinal response was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions: The use of Shengbai Heweiyin in the treatment of S L E with C T X can antagonize the adverse effects of C T X and significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
