采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜等对镀锌板表面横条纹进行全面分析。结果表明:基板表面缺陷的存在直接影响镀锌板表面质量;表面大量横条纹的形成,主要归因于镀前基板表面存在大量微损伤;这些缺陷经镀锌工序后导致镀层厚度不均,且缺陷部位锌层疏松;锌层的厚度差异及致密度差异会产生视觉上的色差,客观表现为大量横条纹。此外,清洗过程不能彻底清洗表面残留物,将直接导致镀层疏松及针状漏钢现象出现。
Using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy on the surface of galvanized sheet horizontal stripes for a comprehensive analysis.
