超微量稀有气体(He、Ne、Ar、Kr、Xe)的质谱研究在同位素地质年代学、天体物理、宇宙化学(陨石的同位素组成等)及很多科技领域(如宇航事业等)都有重要的意义。本文就有关质谱仪器与分析方法综观了国外概貌,还对照了国内的情况。指出,对仪器而言,除其他要求外,最主要的是要求仪器具有高的灵敏度,小型磁式质谱计是一般常用的仪器,四极型的动态质谱计也值得注意。在分析方法上着重介绍了静态分析方法,讨论了若干有关问题。文末附有主要参考文献66篇。
Mass spectrometry studies of ultra-trace rare gases (He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe) are important in isotopic geochronology, astrophysics, cosmochemistry (isotope composition of meteorites, etc.) and in many fields of science and technology significance. This article on the mass spectrometry instruments and methods overview of foreign profiles, but also with the domestic situation.
