十多年来,我和我的团队一起带领着全市小学的广大师生,痴迷于小课题的探索,在研究中提升工作的意义,在实践中感受着探究的快乐,在不断的成功中分享着研究团队的智慧,体验着成功的快乐,享受着研究的幸福。目前,学生能做研究已经成为一种共识,教师做研究已经成为一种精神需求,也成为教师成长的一种途径。研究不再是一种时尚,而是一种习惯,一种新的生活方式和学习方式。
