Based on the theory of social relations of innovative enterprises, enterprises are regarded as the organic composition of the social relations among people, which determines the strategic, organizational and financial performance and characteristics of enterprises. Based on this, it reveals the influencing factors of the occurrence and persistence of Tesla’s innovation: the strategic controller’s tolerance to the uncertainty of the innovation process is the starting point of the company’s innovation and knowledge accumulation; the interaction between strategic control and financial protection has a positive effect on the innovation of the company The direction and success or failure play a decisive role. The ability of strategic controllers to transcend personal traits based on contextual changes continues to be of great importance to innovation. The openness of organizational culture is of great significance for the accumulation of knowledge in enterprises.
