目的观察苍术浸泡液对医院空气消毒的效果。方法将苍术按1∶2比例浸泡于95%酒精里,将苍术浸泡时间分别为24、48、72、96和120 h,取其浸泡液,按房间体积1g/m3对房间进行空气消毒,并与紫外线照射消毒做比较。结果苍术浸泡液浸泡时间72、96 h效果最佳,与紫外线照射消毒效果比较,差异无显著性。结论苍术浸泡液消毒空气是一种理想的空气消毒剂。
Objective To observe the effect of herb soaking on hospital air disinfection. Methods The herb was soaked in 95% alcohol at the ratio of 1: 2. The soaking time of herb was 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 h respectively. The soaking solution was used to air sterilize the room according to the room volume of 1 g / Compare with UV disinfection. Results Atractylodes fluid soaking time 72,96 h best effect, and the effect of UV irradiation disinfection, the difference was not significant. Conclusion Herbal soaking solution disinfection air is an ideal air disinfectant.
