目的了解夏季青岛第一海水浴场和第六海水浴场海水卫生学状况。方法采集青岛第一海水浴场和第六海水浴场的海水样本,进行细菌卫生学指标检验,并对海水样本进行致病弧菌的分离和鉴定。结果第一海水浴场未检出大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群,但第六海水浴场取样点N6-1的大肠菌群含量为70 cfu/ml,粪大肠菌群含量为40 cfu/ml,取样点N6-2的大肠菌群含量为100 cfu/ml,粪大肠菌群含量为70 cfu/ml。从第一海水浴场的N1-1取样点检出副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌,从第六海水浴场N6-2取样点中检出副溶血性弧菌。结论对夏季旅游旺季青岛第一海水浴场和第六海水浴场海水进行监测,取样当天第六海水浴场比第一海水浴场水质差,不适合游泳。建议对海水浴场的水质予以公开通报和水质分级,必要时予以游泳警示。
Objective To understand the status of seawater hygienics in Qingdao No.1 Bathing Beach and No. 6 Bathing Beach in summer. Methods Seawater samples collected from the first beach and the sixth beach in Qingdao were collected for bacterial hygiene test, and the pathogenic Vibrio spp was isolated and identified from the seawater samples. Results No coliform and fecal coliforms were detected in the first beach, but the colony of N6-1 in the sixth beach was 70 cfu / ml and the fecal coliform was 40 cfu / ml. Sampling The N6-2 colony at 100 cfu / ml and fecal coliforms at 70 cfu / ml. Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus were detected from the N1-1 sampling point of the first beach and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected from the N6-2 sampling point of the sixth beach. Conclusion The monitoring of the seawater in the first beach and the sixth beach of Qingdao during the summer tourist season is not suitable for swimming because of the poor water quality of the sixth beach and the first beach on the sampling day. It is recommended to publicize the water quality of the beach and water quality classification, if necessary, to be swimming warning.
