随着我国城镇化的不断发展,对建设的需求也明显增加。对于建筑企业来说,既是机遇也是挑战。一方面,市场需求使得建筑项目增加,公司可以获得良好的经济效益。另一方面,相对于大量的建筑企业,建设项目的数量是有限的,这导致了建筑市场的竞争,项目利润正在减小。为了获得更多的利润,企业需要提高建设项目造价管理水平,项目管理技术在工程造价管理中有其显著的作用,本文主要讨论这个问题。
With the continuous development of urbanization in our country, the demand for construction has also obviously increased. For construction companies, it is both an opportunity and a challenge. On the one hand, the market demand makes construction projects increase, the company can get good economic benefits. On the other hand, the number of construction projects is limited relative to a large number of construction companies, leading to competition in the construction market and decreasing project profits. In order to get more profits, enterprises need to improve the construction project cost management, project management technology has a significant role in project cost management, this article mainly discusses this issue.
