在党的十五大报告中,江泽民总书记把社会主义初级阶段的基本路线和纲领作为报告的一个重要组成部份来全面论述,把社会主义初级阶段理论提到更高更新的认识水平上来看待。启发全党认识这一理论是邓小平理论的重要内容,是党的基本路线在经济、政治和文化等方面的展开,是这些年来最主要经验的总结。社会主义初级阶段这一科学概念的认识总结和明确,这在马克思主义历史上是第一次,是马克主义发展史上的一大创新。
In the report to the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Jiang Zemin fully discussed the basic line and program of the initial stage of socialism as an important part of the report and treated the theory of the initial stage of socialism as a higher and newer level of understanding . To inspire the entire Party to understand this theory is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. It is the economic, political and cultural launches of the Party’s basic line and is the conclusion of the most important experiences over the years. The first stage of Marxist history is the conclusion and clarification of the scientific concept in the primary stage of socialism, which is a major innovation in the history of the development of Marxism.
