目的通过对流动人口社区卫生服务满意度及影响因素的调查与分析,探讨如何进一步增强流动人口的社区卫生服务满意度。方法采用分阶段整群随机抽样的方法,选取莞深两市4区/镇96家社区卫生服务机构,以问卷的方式进行调查,利用EpiData2.0建立数据库,运用SAS9.0进行统计分析。结果共有合格调查问卷643份。流动人口对社区卫生服务机构的医疗设备满意度最低,仅为55.2%;对服务态度的满意度最高为93.9%。结论针对医疗环境、就诊流程、医疗费用等方面满意度较低的状况,政府部门应增加对基层社区卫生服务的规范化管理,改善社区卫生服务环境,优化社区卫生服务就诊流程,降低社区居民的就诊费用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the satisfaction and influence factors of community health service of floating population and discuss how to further enhance the satisfaction of community health service among floating population. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 96 community health service agencies in 4 districts / towns of Wandshen and Shenzhen. The questionnaires were used to investigate the data. EpiData2.0 was used to establish the database and SAS9.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 643 qualified questionnaires. The floating population is the least satisfied with the medical equipment of community health service institutions, only 55.2%; the highest satisfaction with service attitude is 93.9%. Conclusions In view of the low level of satisfaction with the medical environment, treatment flow and medical expenses, government departments should increase the standardized management of grassroots community health services, improve the community health service environment, optimize the treatment process of community health services and reduce the visits of community residents cost.
