阿什河流域地处黑龙江省哈尔滨市,是松花江一级支流。干流总长213km,流域面积3581km~2,流经哈尔滨市域五个区(县)。近年来,阿什河流域现状存在防洪标准低、水环境恶劣、水资源浪费严重、生态及社会服务功能退化严重等问题,阿什河部分断面呈现劣V类水质,已被国家列入《松花江流域水污染防治规划》中水质较差的支流。为改善阿什河流域水生态环境,本规划从流域和干流两个层面对流域治理进行了开创性布局。
Ashe River Basin is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a tributary of the Songhua River. The total length of the main stream is 213km and the drainage area is 3581km ~ 2. It flows through five districts (counties) of Harbin. In recent years, there are some problems such as low standard of flood control, poor water environment, serious waste of water resources and serious deterioration of ecological and social service functions. Ashe River has some bad V water quality in some sections and has been listed as “Songhua River Basin Water Pollution Prevention and Control Program ”in poor water quality tributaries. In order to improve the aquatic environment of Ash River, this project made a groundbreaking layout of the river basin management from the two aspects of the river basin and the main stream.
