成人学员由于基础差,各方面的负担重,多数人又是业余学习,所以学习中的困难很大。如何提高他们成绩,在长期的教学实践中,我有三点体会一、注意发挥非智力因素在教学中的积极作用教师应通过自己的教学实践,调动和挖掘蕴藏在学员心理上的潜力。学员的学习是个复杂的心理过程,掌握知识的心理因素主要有两方面,即智力因素与非智力因素。智力因素易引起人们的重视,而非智力因素常常被忽视。非智力因素如学习动机、兴趣、情感、情绪、意志等,在学习过程中可以起积极作用,也可以起消极作用。学员学习的好坏,是受非智力因素影响的。经常可以碰到一些智力好的学员,由于没有明确的学习目的,对学习无兴趣,缺乏坚强毅力,结果成绩不佳。
