近十多年,中国女校与女性教育再度兴起,女校的女性教育有其自身优势。百年女校上海市第三女中,对于女性性格气质的培养侧重:新时代的优雅女性气质;独立现代的女性精神;关爱他人的普世情怀。比较国内女校与混校的女性教育模式以及国内外女校差异,分析女校性格气质培养的特点,建议国内女校构建以发展女性性格气质为主的女性教育。第一,落实女性特色教育;第二,注重能力要求,培养女子人才;第三,加强与男校、混校的交流。
In the recent ten years, the education of Chinese female schools and female education has been revived again. The female education in female schools has its own advantages. The third female in Shanghai’s 100-year-old girl school focuses on the cultivation of the temperament of women: the elegant femininity of the new era; the independent and modern feminine spirit; the universal feelings of caring for others. This paper compares the female education modes in domestic women’s schools and mixed schools and the differences between domestic and overseas female schools, analyzes the characteristics of female students’ temperament cultivation, and suggests that domestic female colleges should construct female education mainly based on the development of women’s temperament. First, implementing women’s special education; secondly, focusing on capacity requirements and training women’s talents; third, enhancing exchanges with boys’ schools and mixed schools.
