采用双波长薄层扫描法测定刺山柑不同部位盐酸水苏碱的含量。展开剂:正丁醇-盐酸-乙酸乙酯(8∶3∶1);波长分别为λS=525nm,λR=700nm。结果表明,盐酸水苏碱点样量在2.03—16.24μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.83%,RSD=2.00%。刺山柑植株中盐酸水苏碱的含量从高到低依次为:根、花蕾、果实、茎及叶。该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于刺山柑不同部位盐酸水苏碱含量的测定。
Determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Different Parts of Cappuccino by Dual Wavelength TLC Scan. Developing solvent: n-butanol-hydrochloric acid-ethyl acetate (8: 3: 1); the wavelengths were λ S = 525 nm and λ R = 700 nm, respectively. The results showed that the stained sample of stachydrine hydrochloride had a good linearity in the range of 2.03-16.24μg with an average recovery of 96.83% and a RSD of 2.00%. The contents of stachydrine hydrochloride in capers from high to low were roots, buds, fruits, stems and leaves. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in different parts of capparis.
