在激烈的市场竞争中,企业的采购管理工作对于运营效益起着至关重要的作用。本文对企业在采购中所出现的问题进行了简要剖析,分析了出现问题的原因,并指出了企业在采购管理中所应做好的工作以及采取的对策。
In the fierce market competition, the procurement management of enterprises plays an important role in operational efficiency. This paper briefly analyzes the problems that the enterprises appear in the procurement, analyzes the causes of the problems and points out the work that the enterprises should do in the procurement management and the countermeasures.
