In the era of knowledge-based economy, the traditional methods of education and human resources development and management are no longer applicable, and new reforms and optimization are needed. This paper mainly discusses the ten trends of human resources development and management under the knowledge-based economy and aims to provide reference for the future development and management of human resources in China.
