2017年5月26日,全国首例异地撤销监护权案件在我省蚌埠市蚌山区法院宣判。依据最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、民政部《关于依法处理监护人侵害未成年人权益行为的若干问题的意见》(简称《意见》),蚌埠市蚌山区人民法院对一起案件作出裁决:支持申请人蚌埠市救助管理站的申请,撤销湖南省道县村民何某、李某夫妇对女儿的监护权。
On May 26, 2017, the country’s first case of custody of custodial rights off-site was pronounced in the court of Bengshan District, Bengbu City of our province. In accordance with the Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Civil Affairs on “Several Issues Concerning Handling the Guardian’s Violation of the Rights and Interests of Minors in Accordance with the Law” (the “Opinion”), Bengshan District People’s Court of Bengbu has ruled in one case: Support the applicant Bengbu City rescue management station application, revocation of Hunan Province, the villagers Hemou, Lee couple custody of their daughters.
