涡产生器(VG)是一种新的表面强化换热结构,本研究将这种结构运用于圆管管片式换热元件,对三种不同片间距、翼高和攻击角的试件进行了传质、传热比拟实验,分析了这三种结构参数对换热元件传热与阻力特性的影响。运用传热因子、相同泵功率下换热量比等评价方法比较了VG、光片和INAN三种圆管管片式换热元件的传热与阻力性能。相同泵功率下VG换热元件比光片换热元件换热量提高12%,从传热与阻力两方面综合比较,VG换热元件比INAN换热元件也有一定优势。
Vortex generator (VG) is a new surface enhanced heat transfer structure, this study will be applied to the structure of the round tube heat exchanger components, three different chip spacing, wing height and angle of attack specimens The mass transfer and heat transfer experiments were compared, and the influence of these three kinds of structural parameters on the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the heat exchange element was analyzed. The heat transfer and resistance performance of VG, optical sheet and INAN tube-in-tube heat exchangers were compared by using heat transfer factor and heat transfer ratio at the same pump power. VG heat exchanger under the same pump power increased heat exchange capacity by 12% compared with that of light heat exchanger. From the comprehensive comparison of heat transfer and resistance, VG heat exchanger has some advantages over INAN heat exchanger.
