前言在各类磨损造成的经济损失中,磨料磨损约占50%,在建材、冶金矿山、农机、煤炭、电力等部门中尤为严重。初步统计国内上述部门,每年因磨料磨损消耗的备件用钢就超过百万吨。其中圆锥破碎机衬板的磨损速率也是十分惊人的(表1)。本文从分析实际工况、分析易损件表面形貌和亚表层组织结构的变化等来探讨磨损机理。
Foreword In all kinds of economic losses caused by wear and tear, abrasive wear accounts for about 50%, in building materials, metallurgical mines, agricultural machinery, coal, electricity and other departments is particularly serious. Preliminary statistics of the domestic sector, each year due to wear and tear wear and tear of spare parts consumed more than one million tons of steel. Including cone crusher lining wear rate is also very alarming (Table 1). In this paper, the mechanism of wear is discussed from the analysis of the actual working conditions, the analysis of the surface morphology of the wearing parts and the changes of the subsurface structure and so on.
