內源性物貭在生物体內轉运的机制及其与机体生理功能的連系,是多年来生理、生化和生物物理学中的一重要課題。近年来,对于外来化学物貭(药物和毒物)的吸收、分布和排泄的研究,也有蓬勃开展。这两大类物貭的轉运,虽各有特点,但又密切連系,可以用一般的轉运机制概括其基本过程。药物进入体內后,卽在各組織和体液間进行頻繁的轉运和交換。各組織、体液間药物的浓度互相牵制,經常处于动态平衡,如图1所
The mechanism of the transport of endogenous substances in vivo and their connection with the physiological functions of the organism have been an important topic in the fields of physiology, biochemistry and biophysics for many years. In recent years, research on the absorption, distribution and excretion of foreign chemicals (drugs and poisons) has also been vigorously carried out. The transfer of these two categories of goods, though distinct in their own characteristics but closely linked, can be generalized through the general transport mechanism. After the drug enters the body, 卽 frequent transport and exchange between tissues and body fluids. The concentrations of drugs in body tissues and body fluids mutually contain each other and are often in a dynamic equilibrium, as shown in Figure 1
