动态管理是水利水电工程建设实施阶段投资控制及管理的重要组成部分。结合辽宁润中供水工程,对水利水电工程建设投资动态管理工作进行了有益的探讨,并对价差计算方法、权数的测定、价格和价格指数的采集及汇率损益计算作了论述,对保证价差计算的准确性应做好的工作提出了若干建议,可供有关人员参考。
Dynamic management is an important part of investment control and management during the implementation phase of water conservancy and hydropower projects. In connection with Liaoning Zhongzhong Water Supply Project, this paper conducts a useful discussion on the dynamic management of investment in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
