事业单位作为国家机构的分支,在服务人民方面发挥着重要的作用。对于事业单位来说,面对激烈的市场竞争,为了激发人员的积极性,需要在人力资源管理中充分利用绩效考核,借助绩效考核激发人员潜能。基于此,文章通过分析事业单位绩效考核的重要性,阐述事业单位绩效考核方式,同时提出事业单位实施绩效考核的具体措施,为事业单位开展绩效考核工作提供参考。
As a branch of state institutions, institutions play an important role in serving the people. For institutions, in the face of fierce market competition, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff, we need to make full use of performance appraisal in human resources management, with the help of performance appraisal to stimulate staff potential. Based on this, the article analyzes the importance of the performance appraisal of public institutions, expounds the performance appraisal methods of public institutions, and puts forward specific measures for the performance appraisal of public institutions, which will provide references for the public institutions to carry out performance appraisal.
