文章主要采用文献资料法和理论分析法等研究方法,通过对我国当代大学生心理健康的现状和影响因素分析,重点提出了体育运动对于促进大学生心理健康的作用。研究结果表明,大学生多从事各种体育运动,不但可以强身健体,使其身心愉悦,长期坚持还能对其心理健康产生良好的促进作用。文章的研究目的在于加强在校大学生加强体育运动意识以及他们强身练体的渴求,以此来促进他们的身心健康发展,使其成为更加优秀的人才。
The article mainly adopts the methods of literature and theoretical analysis and other research methods. By analyzing the current situation and influencing factors of contemporary college students’ mental health in our country, the paper puts forward the role of sports in promoting the mental health of college students. The results show that college students engaged in various sports, not only can keep fit, make their physical and mental pleasure, long-term adherence can also have a good role in promoting their mental health. The purpose of this article is to strengthen college students’ awareness of physical exercise and their thirst for physical training, so as to promote their physical and mental health development and make them become more outstanding talents.
