目的:探讨口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的效应。方法:选取2015年5月~2016年5月我院收治的74例患者为研究对象,随机抽取37例为对照组给予钛膜,另37例为研究组给予海奥修复膜,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组的引导骨再生成功率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异显著;研究组的骨厚度、植骨厚度、治疗满意度均优于对照组,差异显著。结论:在牙种植引导骨再生中应用海奥修复膜,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oral repair of membrane materials in guiding the regeneration of bone in dental implants. Methods: Totally 74 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as experimental group, 37 patients were randomly selected as the control group and the other 37 patients were assigned to the study group. The comparison between the two groups treatment effect. Results: The successful rate of bone regeneration and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The bone thickness, bone thickness and treatment satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group, with significant differences. Conclusion: Applying HAO repair membrane in the guide bone regeneration of dental implants, the effect is significant and it is worth popularizing.
