一、前言钢铁件的磷化膜应用范围很广。薄的磷化膜主要用于涂漆和工序间的防护,厚磷化膜使用范围更广,可在涂防护油脂后直接用于标准件,如螺栓、螺帽、垫圈等的防护,也用于减轻如齿轮、凸轮等的磨损。涂以润滑剂或皂化液后,可用于无切削的冷加工,如拉丝、拉管、冷挤压、冲击等。此外还可用于电绝缘、着色。厚膜磷化通常是在高温(92~98℃)条件下形成的。本文主要讨论中温(70~75℃)厚膜磷化的条件、磷化膜性能及提高中温磷化膜防护性的方法。
