实施新课程要求教师彻底转变传统的教育理念、教学目标与方式;实施新课程要求进一步提高课堂教学效率。作者认为:实施高中新课程成功与否,要解决两个问题:一是解决认识问题,要彻底更新教师教育的理念并付诸行动;二是解决方法问题,有适于新课程任务的要求教学的方式与方法,二者不可或缺。为此,教师必须做到:更新教学理念,改变师生关系;激活教学氛围,更新学习方式;推行学案导学,提高教学效率。
The implementation of the new curriculum requires teachers to completely change the traditional concept of education, teaching objectives and ways; the implementation of the new curriculum requirements to further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
